1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Ryszard Głowacki.

For anything concerning personal data, write to contact@outperform.fit. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

2. What we collect

  • Email address — you provide it in the form.
  • Your Instagram or TikTok username and which platform you chose.
  • The text of a comment, if you choose to leave one after confirming your address.
  • Technical data kept as proof of consent: date and time, IP address and browser information.
  • Where you came from: UTM parameters, the referring page, and a referral code if you arrived through someone's link.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • Adding you to the waitlist and notifying you at launch — on the basis of your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Protecting the form against bots and abuse, and keeping statistics on traffic sources — on the basis of our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Demonstrating that consent was given — also on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Do you have to provide it

Providing your email address and username is voluntary, but necessary to be on the list. We do not collect marketing consent and do not send a newsletter — we will only write to you about the platform opening.

5. How long we keep it

  • Until you withdraw consent — we delete the data immediately at that point.
  • No later than 12 months after the platform launches publicly, if you have not withdrawn consent before then.
  • Unconfirmed addresses are deleted 30 days after signup.

6. Who we entrust it to

We use third-party providers who process data solely on our instructions, under data processing agreements:

  • A hosting provider for the site. Server functions run in the Frankfurt (EU) region.
  • A database provider. The database is located in the Frankfurt (EU) region.
  • An email delivery provider.
  • We will name any of them on request — write to contact@outperform.fit.
  • We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object. You may withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The fastest route is the "Your data" page, or an email to contact@outperform.fit. Every email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (https://uodo.gov.pl).

8. Cookies and statistics

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. That is why there is no cookie consent banner here.

Visit statistics are collected without cookies and cannot identify an individual.

After you confirm your address we store one technical cookie that keeps your session on the referral page. It is strictly necessary for that feature and expires after 90 days.

9. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone, and we do not carry out profiling that produces legal effects.
